The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is a pretty wine graced with a round, generous expression of Chardonnay. Soft and enveloping through to the finish, the Blanc de Blancs shows lovely balance and finesse. Clean, minerally notes round out the vinous finish. This is an excellent choice in NV Blanc de Blancs. I was very impressed with the wines I tasted from Laurent this year.
