Vinification: after the fermentation of both types of grapes, the wine refines for a certain period of time in

Tasting notes: fine and persistent perlage, straw yellow color. On the nose it reveals notes of freshly
baked bread. In the mouth it is remarkably structured with a particular freshness and flavor.
